In this company is produce ms pipes and size 15nb to 200nb. And in this company in not proper planning. And inside company area is not cleaning.and important is no sefety all workers and employees given.

In my team members is good working.and job Security is poor, no career growth.salary time to time pay,no travel, in this company are very politics.learning good , work environment good, no inovetion working life balance is good.

Working in zenith birla steel plant is so far good just because there is a lot of things to learn...one can learn from the baselevel... Its best for any fresher... But after that ,as this company does not provide much growth financially you have to move out soon... Team is good, safety is less and most important timing is abominable.
