No job security No safety Unnecessarily need to clean shave No good food (even after complaining many times no change) No attendance Bonus No night shift allowance No professionalism by managers No safety (Open handling of Hazardous chemicals) No increment ( 6 %PA) No complete facility (at time of audit shifting RM , Equipments , waste of everything) Not open to take feedback or suggestions from floor persons Either do it or leave kind of attitude.
