No salary certificate for your loan or personal work. HR relative is working in ADCB bank so they will force you to open account in ADCB only. No other bank account opening is acceptable by HR. Crook management and HR team First 6 months full 6 days duty even if no one is there you need to seat. Everyday overtime work without any additional money.

Salary every month will get, final settlement will receive. For freshers very good company to study.

Management rules are terrible. Manger will call at night to dicuss the work. Long working hours for site without overtime. Site Engineer no phone call allowance, no transportation facilities to site for going work own money need to spend. If anything we call for HR, they reply mangers approval only they can provide anything, but they will not get that approval from mangers, no use of HR department. Passport will keep by company and after long fight with managers approval of leave, last moment passport they will not give to go. Managers will reduce the leave not in official way, based on company document 30 days leave we went after return we need to work some days without pay beacuse of unofficial leave reduction.

You leave the room at 5am and will come back to room at 08.30 at night, accommodation was given at a very long distance, - Toxic work culture, PM gives no respect to the staff and labors. - Employees were made to spend time for the company 14 hours , 10 hours at site plus 4 hours travel, but the contract of work is for 8 hours only, No overtime for the staffs. Misuse of power, those who question this will be out from the company. - Passport is with the company, against the UAE Labor law. No one should question this. - They don't issue Salary certificate to anyone even we request on email, HR says they don't issue as per company policy, but no where it is written in company policy. - When you leave the company they don't issue your Experience certificate, When i requested them through email, HR says as per company policy they cannot issue , i registered a complaint in labor office, after that within 2 hours they sent me the original experience certificate. - HR don't care of the welfare of the employees , no assessment, no enquiry, nothing. - misuse of power by the PM, by not issuing the passport while going to vacation or by giving very last minute, if your flight misses no one takes responsibility. Deliberate attempt to give hard times to employees. - Workers were not given the PPE's on time, they are waiting for it for months sometimes and most of them they purchase themselves - Company accommodation washroom too much crowded. - People will regret once they join this company.
