Lots of opportunities regarding work and new challenges. Lots of work on new and upcoming technologies. All ideas are encouraged. Lots of visibility with respect to the entire product life-cycle from design to development.

Dislikes

Bad HR policies. Uncertainty remains every year regarding hikes. Delayed bonus payouts. Nobody cares about how an employee feels. Great for beginners but less growth after few years.

The company is full of politics...doesn't allows to take leaves when required....salary shown was like a reel and in reality the salary given was under expectations....I will never recommend any to join there...Big name....but no change...

1.Very Low Salaries compared to other organizations. 2.Lot of politics 3.Worst hr dept 4.They didn't encourage the innovative ideas 5.Lack of team work 6.No one can follow the company procedures and policies.(including management) 7.CTC includes Bonus but they didn't gave bonus to employees at the time of exit. 8.Blaming on low level management. 9. No Promotions,etc 10. They give job conformation after 6 months(if your follow up with hr dept otherwise....),etc

Worst Company they won't support you even in normal situations leave about COVID-19.

...ause they only judge people by politics. They won't see your knowledge. ● No compensation for extra work on holidays and Sunday's.

... No work life balance. Don't ruin your career yourself by joining this company. Stupid rules for salary deduction. Lot of meeting are conducted which have no use. Half of your time is wasted in meetings than productivity.

Worst department in the company is HR department. HR manager shows wonderland before joining once join then you will understand you have done a very big mistake. She is worse I've seen. They have made all the rules according to their benefits.
