I wish there was more opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. The workload can be overwhelming and stressful during peak periods. I feel like my ideas and suggestions are not always heard or considered. The company's policies and procedures can be too rigid and limiting. There is limited work-life balance due to long working hours or excessive workload The company's values and mission do not align with my personal beliefs and goals.

The co-ordination between and among the department are very poor. We can check the thing and make them follow the rule & regulations properly.

This is the new plant of this group company. just started 2 years before only. given more freedom to work for me in my department head. He was supported me for always. Am happy to be in this great team. Thank full.

The support from other department is very terrible in this plant. because of this single reason i can't able to create better IT Infrastructure here.

I had worst work experience with this company and the finance department, won't allow to develop ourself alone always pollitics are going in the department,no cordination,no team work,worst n untalent people's are only their ,i felt when my year will complete always counting my training period to move out of this company.finally now I'm in international branded company
