1. Working Culture is Worst . 2. No Job Security. 3. Experience HOD & Management is only saying for Client . no Knowledge Sharing with Juniors. 4.Working Culture is is myth here . no proper management of work here . every time work load they are giving to junior. 5.Pathetic Management with Useless selfish staff. 6. in the biging they will give you bunch of promises . 7. if you were already in good firm then for couple of increment don't switch here. 8. no single facility is getting from company.
