Initially employee feel we got hike but after some time when familiar with company culture and policy, he feel he fall in hell because there is no culture and policy

As a production person. I like to faces challanges in Cafa block. Total 6 molecules manufactured in OSD mfg. All molecules are challanges.... And important part learning of my work experience
