Company management is very very poor, they have fired any time and hold salary without any reason. Company will not provide annual increment on performance. When someone join this Company the Company HR not providing you your joining and offer letter in physically. All policy make for only Company favor... all customer not happy with this Company.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary deduct without any reason. And there is not career growth.. they're spoil employee career.

Company MD Mr. Rohit mukul involves in minor things which is not required also not releasing salary of employees which are working from last many years. I think I waste my 4.5 years in this company.

... pay for Expiry medicines that are not sent back, pay after inventory is done. They make you Incharge of the store without increasing your salary, mostly you have to bring medicines from other stores. Their stores have no washrooms. You have to work continuously 10-15 days sometimes, because of less staff.

Nothing they cut the employees salary in the name of security amount and never give back to the employee

...h shows that they operate the staff but actual hr is in haryana they handle all the things they cut the salary of the employee without confirming to the store that the employee is present or not and when the employee ask their deductions delhi hr says that it was deducted by haryana hr and finance dept we cant do anything in this very pethetic experience working with them
