I had a deeply disappointing experience working at ZMCL. This company fails to offer any variable pay, appreciation, appraisals, or promotions, making it an extremely demotivating place to work. The work culture is toxic, with no effort made to create a positive or engaging environment. There is a complete lack of entertainment or team-building activities, and employees are often subjected to humiliation. I would not recommend ZMCL to anyone looking for a fulfilling and respectful workplace.

There is little to no respect for existing talent as they believe in hiring undeserving talents from outside at higher packages and creating disparity and creating toxic work atmosphere.

Teammates are supportive and work environment is good But there is no transparency in the increment . Earlier there was a facility of gym in the office but they close that because of non payment to the gym there is no facility provided by the company for the fitness on employees.

...nagement doesn't address our issue. There is no proper structure for the salary. They don't Even increase the salary on time. Very poor salary structure.
