Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

The company is like Lala Firm. Your salary will be hold by management without any reason. They will try their best efforts to deduct your salary in any possible way. At first they will be really friendly but then show their true colors to you. No proper segregation of duties by them. They will blame you for the work that you were not even responsible to do. I will recommend every professional to stay away from this company. U will have to work 10 hours a day with only 6 holidays. No weekend off is their.

...upport from the management fales commitments they only need sale and only sale..no results of the products they hold your salary and expenses on little things.they do very cheap kind of things.still my full and final settlement is pending from last seven months no update no answer of any calls..very unprofessional company
