Lala does Not follow any policy Lala can cut ur salary to half as per his wish It's Not ur performance but ur attendance, what matter Most to lala Lala will only come in to action on salary day by deducting almost everyone salary by refusing approved leave at the last moment Fancy office but dirty politics played by lala NO WFH even in Covid They paid 20% to 40% salary to all in Covid

I joined Zeco as a trainee engineer. The training and senior support which I get may be will not get anywhere else. I like the culture (i.e. festival celebration, trip outing, volleyball, morning yoga and aerobics etc.) which gives us motivation to work beyond.

Dislikes

Initially salary was less but after my probation period and performance i got satisfactory hike. Some times faces many process oriented delay.

Very particular about the arrival and departure time in Office. I was never told to stay back after Office hours.

We have no choice. Company didn't give any sefty and policy management are not good we didn't have job security

Salary is too low. Management are not good they given 2-3 policy we are not satisfied from work and management says they cannot improving salary 3 years we have no choice but we doing work our salary too low management never listening Labours problem
