High work pressure.people need to work night shift or sometime day shift. Each employee need to take average points if it continuesly u r not taken points u r out from this company. Hike will depend upon ur points .

Work like a donkey to get recognised and once you cross a certain salary you will be fired because they need employees working for cheap. If you are a fresher then its good but not for skilled people.
