Working at ZCC has been an extremely unpleasant experience due to its highly toxic work culture. The company exercises excessive surveillance through cameras, creating an atmosphere of constant monitoring that makes employees feel uncomfortable and distrusted. Moreover, the management is far from supportive. Instead of fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, the manager frequently resorts to shouting at subordinates, even for minor mistakes. This not only demoralizes employees but also stifles productivity and professional development. To make matters worse, employees are often asked to work on Sundays, disregarding their personal time and work-life balance. There is little to no consideration for employee well-being, and the overall work culture is more punitive than constructive. For anyone considering joining ZCC, I would strongly advise reconsidering, as the environment here is neither conducive to learning nor professional growth.
