Choose your work hours or work from home on manager approval. Company need to review some of its policies and they are way better now and improving. They need to ensure work life balance during project despite the pressure the whole experience is worthwhile and rewarding for hard work.

Zazz offers competitive salary packacges compared to outside companies, now they expect you to work for that offer as well but it's a good thing as you feel valued by their decisions of giving you appropriate salary

Some employee benefits are missing like transport facilities, weekly food coupons etc which is expected in todays era!

There is Nothing to like in this company. Parties and events.

Dislikes

They concentrate on events and parties even they don't have money to pay to salries to employees, and they don't care about employees. Even we are sick they want us to work. Mainly there is no job security they will fire us at any time. Without any notice. I recommend you guys to don't join this company. Finally, its a worst company

Writers are considered typing machines. Your capability is measured on the basis of the number of words you write and not on the quality of your work. Some managers micro-manage every minute you spend there. You can't expect professionalism from anyone. Keyword stuffing, mindless content, and meeting unrealistic deadlines are expected from the writers. You will dragged among different departments and will be asked to prioritize their respective work, no matter you have the bandwidth or not and then the performance of the content will be blamed solely on you.
