I am worked at zazen pharmaceutical as a production chemist I would like to thank u for providing me a wonderful journey and a very helpful work environment. I have learned lot of things that are going to help in my future endeavours. I wish everyone a very bright future ahead and one thing I liked is that the managing director themselves encourage to learning.

Worst company i had ever seen to much work pressure and ppic and office politics even production manager jagtap is very aggressive and unprofessional person they don't have any knowledge of product packaging owner can't understand employee situation and he wants only money and they don't get paid full salary they charge a security deposit on every salary 2500rs and whenever you left the job or company force to left the job for your security deposit money no facility no job security and even you don't get experience letter after you left the job idiot account manager nair they all time stole employee salary for small reason.

Actually one can improve system and grow the company with proper method. But management is nontechnical approach is the major issue.

Mangement is non technical Owner is unprofessional Work environment is unhealthy People are uneducated and lot more. I have really wasted my time and energy working for one year.
