High work pressure.Nojob security.hire and fire policy . during the notice period they won't give 3 month salary. Please don't join this type of company.only few projects running if you not select client same day will terminate.no salary no document. Unprofessional people.

Same dialogues in every Town hall about new clients and offices but they never come up 13. Many senior employees left because of abusement by management 14. No WFH 16. No HR process and policies 17. False promises 18. Sometimes they would try to manipulate Glassdoor reviews 19. Every town hall is fun to see the same employees getting awarded for performance 20. It's a company run by family and friends and they have reservations on jobs too 21. They think the company can be run by a bunch of interns and so don't respect senior employees 22. Banks blacklisted this company and do not provide loans
