The people are all really great and the company really trains well. Cultural and values are great. Great benefits and a stable company. Has good work-life balance. the product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with professionalism. the ambience here is always inviting and comfortable. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks.

Dislikes

In a large company, it can take forever to get things done. The hiring process can take a long time, When you work in a large company, it's harder to be noticed. It's hard to affect change in a big company or feel like you make a difference.

Likes

There is nothing really to like now at this company. The culture has gone bad, people are leaving (a lot of them), some are being asked to leave. Event people who have been working for a really long time in the group are being terminated even on their notice period just to save salary payouts.

Dislikes

It’s a bad company to work in now. The product keeps on changing again and again. No one in the company really knows what the company does, what’s the product and what’s the focus / Vision.

Chaploosi/Ristedaari you got promoted. They don't value 15 years of working employee. If you resign from the company then you become the best employee to the worst employee..... the director becomes rude when you resign from the company.

In addition, Zamit respects every employee and lays great emphasis on gender equality. Having worked for over 25 years in well-established institutions, I continue to learn and grow at the organisation.
