people are working long time Training period thats not good.. more more caring co-workers, Should be given salary properly..

Nothing. Irresponsible Management. They don't mind to even pay salary honestly as per job contract and on time. Upper management is irresponsible.

...r the job contract. Even the deduct money as per the job agreement remuneration. Furthermore, always you need to follow up for salary, they are expert in salary deduction and revising job contract. Top management is irresponsible and never care about their employees. Last but not least all the employees labour to manager are treated same in the context of facilities.
