Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The person working in this company gets only rest, the salary package is less but it is available on time.

Dislikes

People working in this company only want overtime other than duty but regret overtime is not there at all in this company and the main work in this company is to supply workers only to Saudi Arabia Government

Working is good but System management only for PNU project is not good. It is not increasing salary and not give bonus. So I think not better for me.

Dislikes

In this company is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes I have to work 12-18 hours.straight in a day as I have to attend client calls

The only positive aspect of this organization is the punctuality in salary credit.

Dislikes

It appears that my decision to work under Zahran's operation and maintenance was not well-advised. Zahran does not meet the criteria for a suitable recruiting body in any regard. 🤦‍♂️ #BadDecision #RecruitmentFail I have had a very negative experience working under Zahran, and I would like to express my concerns: - They do not adhere to the terms of the contract. 📄❌ - They frequently change the rules and contract. 🔄🔄 - They expect employees (including doctors and paramedics) to work excessive hours. ⏰😵‍💫 - They provide very bad accommodation 🤢🤮 #UnfairTreatment #Overworked #UnlivableConditions

Heavy work load Lots of restriction Company not at all concerned about their staffs well being Wait for long duration both for annual vacation and in emergency exit entry visa issued after so many days Employer and local administration not responding to genuine employee concerns and queries even after multiple letters Ther is no responsible person to contact for employee concerns and attitude of officials towards employees is really bad No exit visa during eid vaccation
