Only one thing that is good is HR team they help you best possible ways and they try hard to resolve your query/problem . For me they are the survival kit in that toxic environment .

Dislikes

There are only dislike’s in the company. In the name of the work culture you will get no time for you. They find ways to demotivate you . So that is a women Western wear brand but they judge you on the basis of what you wear i mean you feel suffocated there because you don't wear what you wanted to wear .They have the policy to fire you anytime for any lame reasons . I will highly not recommend to not work here.

Recently I have completed my internship from the organisation Zadley India Pvt. Ltd. in which I have gained hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. Iam feeling very grateful that Zadley India gave me an opportunity to display my own skills in their confidential works as well. * The HR team is very supportive and helpful and they always motivates their employees. * All the employees of the organisation are kind and supportive. *All departments work together as a family and they called it as "Zadley Family". *I am happy with the work environment of the organisation.
