Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They taught us the real meaning of team work...and given me the designation I worth...

Dislikes

There were some thevies in our company those people stole there data but got the medicine for doing that but my 2 months salary and incentive was not provided to me bcoz of the the downfall our company faced due to the thefts going around...But it's none of my business bcoz the heights company reached was purely bcoz of some of our own fellow members and this thing cannot be stated untrue by our esteemed owners Vikram rawat and Saurabh bhai...We gave our heart for the company but then some people came in and destroyed the whold company by stealing data and that data was our clients trust on us...
