This is the best place to freshers to switch the career. Always giving the opportunity to do new things along with regular works. But overall its good place to get better experience.

There is no work life balance. Huge work hours for employees. In peak season the ask to work even Sunday without giving any compensation.

This company management not good every time HR think how to deduct employees salary every Saturday no work no salary no any holiday no pramotion no incriment every things is wrost .... HR person make kizen how to deduct employees salary and management also happy with HR

There is no good environment because company located in village limits so local people's are very harsh, if local people do anything wrong means also we should not question them. Every operators, staffs and employees who are coming from other districts in karnataka and from other states they are working in fear from locals and pressure from company. Management won't bother about this issues because they only need production. Cafeteria is worst I have ever seen these type of cafeteria, there is no place in canteen to sit and eat, we should wait for others who have to clear their seats otherwise we should stand and take food. Yearly once they'll hike salary for employees and staff, for operators they won't. Yeah, of course they'll give dasara bhonus in every year

Management doesn't address our issues we should talk to only HRD. Salary hike and all HRD won't bother, if we ask HRD, answer is that ask your boss, if we ask our boss reply is ask HRD. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
