...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies and appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Yutaka is the best and first company In my life work experience are so nice and teammates are very helpful salary and appraisal and travelling situation are very nice and environment for working section is good

THEY ARE JUST USING THE EMPLOYEES FOR THEIR BENIFITS AND WORK. IN RETURN GAVE NO PROMOTIONS TIMELY WHICH SPOIL THE CARRIERS OF THE EMPLOYEES IN MARKET TOO. MEANS DESIGNATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE NOT MATCHED IN MARKET. LOT OF POLITICS AND ONLY BUTTERING EMPLOYEES HAVE GOT THE PROMOTIONS.

YAI is a Japanese mnc company which is collaborated with honda group.YAI deals with honda for four wheeler components which is hot end and cold end (cover, catalyst, pipe b, slncr ) and deal in two wheeler component break disc. And YAI have an export department which is deal in exhaust components in different countries (yst, ymi, uys, ydb, sentec, aisb)
