No growth Prospects. company owners listen only to White Guys and higher up managers. No value for bottom line staff. Heavy Nepotism among local staff members, Favoritism and disgusting increment plan. You can easily kill yourself rather working for this company

Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo I enjoy my job. The working atmosphere in very good & very staff supporting in work. All staffing working team. Kanoo is big group in the middle east. Very are enjoying with customer . This good experience in my hole career & learn so many thing, built my knowledge. Line manager is also cooperating in my difficult time & solving my problem. I enjoy too much my job.

Dislikes

I have work 8-10 hours straight in day as I have attending customer call regular. We are receiving mail bunch of bundle daily & responding immediately . Customer are very happy our services because we are helping to customer they critical time Ex. machine brake or equipment , we are solving customer requirement as per they standard.

Sales department to be improved.They should work hard and get business.Truth is that customer comes by name and fame of M/S Yousuf bin Ahmed kanoo and the Counter staff's good service.Honestly sales department only taking the advantage.
