...y has given me very good opportunities as well as very good projects to work on. Company gives increments every 6 months and also give annual bonus every year. Company has very friendly work environment and respect for every one - no matter junior or senior people all treated fairly and equally. 5 day work a week - hardly any weekend working. Management people are very humble and employee friendly.

Dislikes

Cafeteria facility is not very good. Company does not have regular WFH (only provided for medical reasons). Also no hybrid work model.

Likes

Got chance to work on azure functions and learn about microservices. Company also motivate for Microsoft certification and pay for all employees. Got two increment every year even in covid period. No pressure after work hours or on weekends.

Dislikes

No onsite opportunity was given. Also in my project there was more work as some resources not delivered work causing pressure for others.

I began my career as a fresher. There is a strong culture of respect for everyone, weather junior or senior, with fair and equal treatment for all. The company maintain a healthy work-life balance with 5 days work week with minimal weekend work. Salaries are always paid promptly, on the last working day of the month.

Dislikes

There is no cafeteria facility. Restroom are not that good.
