you get designation as MANAGER but salary don't justify that post, very much under paid, no increment on time and %increment is also very low, rs1500-3000 increment sort of thing in two years, feels like a crab in a bucket some times no one wants you to grow, they can face loss of lacks by others but cant provide funds for employee. some people in finance is just spoiling the environment, no food for employees and transportation, this company can do a lot better...
