I really enjoyed my time as an Assistant Manager in Customer Escalation here, and I'd give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. The company's culture is fantastic, creating a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. The leadership team is supportive and helps employees thrive and grow. One of the best things about this company is its commitment to employee development. There are plenty of opportunities to advance, and they invest in training and resources to keep everyone at their best.

What's even better is that I couldn't find any major downsides. That says a lot about how great the work environment is here. In summary, my experience here has been truly enriching.
