... it is just a procedure to apply for it. - Long hours , no work life balance. Pay is not the best in the market. - ppl that slack the most get the most increment due to his ‘experience’ in working for the company

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcades for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow. There is a bond 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness

i started my youtube channel in dec 2019.i made some educational videos.. still i dont get much views & i am not getting any benifits from youtube

i cant get views, subscribers & profit which i was expecting... its harsh.. i am doing hardwork but no one is there to pay..

What I dislike is that I am a streamer who stream for 18 hours a day I thing YouTube should do something for streamer like us who do very long streams still get very less money
