...d that's why they are working with YDF. You will not get anything to learn here. There is no any fixed date of salary. They need to higher resources in every 3-4 month because talented resources leaves the organisation within 3-4 months.

This is worst NGO and Management is narrow minded and do not want to give salary to Employee but only want to take work from Employee. Thinking is very low and , No Increment, No benifits of doing hard work, No bonus, even they do not spend any money in office , like No staff tea or anything. Only you need to do field work and Management is totally stupid and very narrow minded. I advice to all of you , do not do job in this worst and bakwas NGO Company. Stay away and beware. They only make fool to employees.
