* Delayed salary * We have to beg for the operation cost and if we spend some money for the operation to purchase some things we won't get the reimbursement ontime and we have beg for the reimbursement. * Delaying in vendor payments and electricity and water bill payment.

The only thing was that the company provide food and accommodation within their own hostel/building.

Dislikes

...nd quality & unhygienic. Impure drinking water (same used in washroom/bathroom) They deducte (10%*) some amount of salary without your prior knowledge and consider it as you have taken leaves for other than your weekend. They'll kick you out anytime, without notice period. No holidays will be provided for any kind of celebration or festivals. Salaries not get credited on time. There is no fix time (everyday you have yo work overtime, even if its mid night). They'll promise to give you travel allowance and but won't give you a single penny.
