Salary is very less. No cultural activities, only work and go that's it. Worst HR forever. Her English is worst. Her maintenance is worst. She is not fit be a HR. Politics are high inside the company. Learning skills and opportunity are very less. No promotion. No related increment. Work life balance. No pressure.

No job security. No bonus. No timings.

The working environment and support for learning is best . No difference between our team on other team we all work together n enjoy working. Yearly outings and employment awards based on the performance and many celebrations team outings . Team work together for deadline projects late night working and compensations . Everything is a great experience and fun chatting with mates at lunch break and lunch provided by company . Its best place for fresher's .

Considering we get nyc appraisals but initial pay is very less for developer.

Only good thing about the company was food and location. Process was good but employees din't seem to be interested in welfare of the company or themselves. Not sure on what basis they recruit employees.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. All the discussion within the faculty was more about the employees personal life rather than the work. Apart from TL nobody seemed in welfare of the company of employees comfort.

I am fully disappointed because i started working based on the 2 year agreement but they didn't think about training team suddenly leave Whole team without any payment any training experience letter .

Company culture is terrible they wont share anything with anybody, But compensations & benefits r good for that thing we want to work that's it.

If Co-employees communicate with each other properly our skill development & learning will improve then only.
