Working at YFC has been a great journey. Many new things to learn here.A usual day a YFC would always be busy managing the crowd of over 500 members. Learned many great things like marketing building rapport with members, managing floor etc. Management is a bit of an issue, but not to say that they don't follow the rules. But it is only in certain branches not all branches. Working with my co-workers was a great. Many new concept and facts were brought to me by them. I learned how to handle one floor at a time as well as how to handle 5 floor at a same time The most enjoyable part of the job is that all your co-workers understand your situations spiritually, emotionally physically and financially.

Dislikes

The hardest part of the job has been the payment issue. The salary never come on time every month & There is only position growth not financially growth.

Likes

Rizwan Sayed is among the few owners who actually participates in fitness, not just manage it. It was beautiful; the equipments, ambience, everything.

Dislikes

In the fitness industry, you can only hope on your own merits. Gyms are not a Corporate office.
