Lots of meetings Plans but EOD No Meetings and even no clue to attendees. You can easily learn how to waste a day here. Founder is like myth here u can only imagine but can't see or meet. Co-foundes are always busy only God knows where. Tech is Heading the Business Strategies , Marketings who don't ha brains it seems. No Runways for Business. No Mission or Vision of What to Do or Even What are they Doing. Suggestions Don't Join

...e CEO will shout at random people after visiting the office once in a blue moon. Even salary is not given to people before half of the month is over. This is not a company for weak hearts rather for someone who can be slave or have 0 self-respect.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
