It completely depends on the team you join and the manager you have. Work environment is good , culture is good. There is work flexibility to certain extents. If you are lucky enough to have joined a good team then this is a good place to work.

...pportunities given to those who want to grow in their careers. Very unfair pay. Some people earn twice the salary at the same position. They prefer lazy, unskilled people who only sweet talk their way to the top. Appraisals happen just on the basis of the relationship but not actual peformance which makes it very unfair for those who are dedicated workers. People who like to play work place politics will be entertained. Ive seen many great people and good performers being asked to leave because they may have different opinions and work with integrity. This entirely depends on the team you have joined and the manager you have. Some teams and managers are good.

No proper management,pathetic work culture an there is no learning curve. Egotistical Tls and the Manager think themselve as they are running this company and we are slave for them. Waste of time once your out of YouGov Sports from Airoli Office your experience become zero.

Pathetic team culture. No learning or guidance whatsoever. You simply figure out things until you finally quit.

Very cheap mindset Indian team lead they are trying to create toxic environment. Making personal bias your work never get noticed. There is feedback policy but if your relationship is not good with TL he will ruin your feedback because senior management will only look for TL feedback what he is giving.
