I didn't like anything about the company Firstly I will start my journey how it's started with the company, - i got a call from Sales Coordinator On sep 23rd ( No hr in the company ) and shortlisted my profile and then they asked me to come to the hyd for final interview ( Md Interview ) and the interview went very smoothly and it was good experience with the md ( No travel expenses reimbursement provide to the candidates who attends for the interview ) - I came back to my home town without any product training and i started my work oct 6th with the local dealer and learnt many things from the dealer location and started work my own and no one care about me even after joining and started visiting sites and meeting the clients and everything went well till 10th. On 11th the company sent a person to me from hyd for the product training and his Name is Ganesh BDM ( a big manipulator, Over Attitude, No Humanity ) and he gave me products training and we discussed a lot about the products and after the lunch i got a call from the office that i was terminated without any strong reason and later I came to know that it was just because of him ( Ganesh ) that i was terminated from my job, He gave wrong information about me to the Md ( Silly Reasons ) The Md also didn't answer my call to know things what happened and he completely took me wrong just because of this manipulator Ganesh. ( Don't judge a book by discover ) - I strongly advice every aspirant who looks for the job don't join in this company - don't waste your time and money for this company

Dislikes

- No Job Security - High Politics - No Humanity towards employees - The staff who works at the dealer gave lot of complaints on the product - Worst Senior's Behaviour - Lack of Understanding - not an employee friendly organization - I will not suggest anyone to work such a company
