Salary is good, management is ok, company policies r fine, overall satisfactory

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow and we don't feel our job is secured. Less hike, no cab for day shifts, job security isn't there you might get fired anytime so we should be prepared with other opportunities.

Likes

1. No Job Security, warning letters are given if a covid affected person doesn't respond to calls during sick leaves. 2. Senior Supervisors act inhuman by asking Team Leads to join meetings over and ahead of working hours for Example: Mid-shift and Night-shift people are forcibly asked to join calls in morning or afternoon. Indefinite ad-hoc task every now and then due to insystematic management.

Dislikes

Poor management by senior supervisors in India. Prefer termination over training poor performing employees.
