Due to pandemic like covid19 I was to fired from my job, management want to fired the employee who is undertraining (not become permanent) employee of the company .I dislike this company because company call to me to join duty and after 4,5days he fired me .

...ement is transparernt.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the manngement doesn't address our issue . Salary is. Decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiness.

Very low increment, no salary structure, No certain policies for Benefits and perks, HR team is fully useless

Company is good for working. All policy is good like safty policy. Safety PPes.salary pad every month right time.apprasel is average.

Dislikes

Top management works 5 days in week and other employees working 6 days this is not satisfied with management.
