Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. That is why you can't do long life work here as a worker/operator. But if you are a top level person you will love to work here.

Japanese culture is very good in the company. It's employee oriented culture. But Indian Management ruining it and employee are not enjoying the benefits.

Due to pandemic like covid19 I was to fired from my job, management want to fired the employee who is undertraining (not become permanent) employee of the company .I dislike this company because company call to me to join duty and after 4,5days he fired me .

...ement is transparernt.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
