While YHills has its positives, there are some challenges as well. The high revenue targets can be overwhelming, and there is little job security if you fail to meet your targets for more than a month. The work hours, from 11 AM to 8 PM, can feel a bit hectic, especially with the repetitive nature of the job. Additionally, you don’t get a weekend off; your days off are assigned randomly during the week by higher management. Most of the work involves cold calling and emailing students to enroll in YHills courses. If you're planning to pursue a career in sales and can handle the pressure of targets, this could be a good fit. However, if you're looking for variety in your work, long-term job stability, or predictable time off, this may not be the right place for you.

The sitting space, even after changing the office location, it got worst.

Dislikes

There is no job security, even they put Interns on PIP and remove them from the company anytime. There is a lot more favoritism, if you are not able to make your manager happy, you will be fired.
