Nothing too much but only like is that they celebrate every festival and everyone birthday which I like only.

...the company hire hire and fire fire always. Without intimation they fire anyone. Too much work with bloody hell low salary.

...ons of each branch is different.Mine was very good and I enjoyed working there .Also they give salary on time and no unnecessary deductions were there .

There's a lack of management between departments .

No vision of company, salary is lower than today's time, Working like working with the villagers, no securities, superficial events just to get free company promotions activities for the tax saving purposes. Promises are made just to get the claps after 2 years of work promises never been executed on the grounds. Toxic and family gathering on top positions makes experienced people hard to stick to the company.

During Covid first of all I was having my job security which was one of the main aspect for any employee, secondly we were given the option to work from home even when unlock 1.0 started due to safety reasons as our office is in mall.

I don't think so I would be having any dislike aspect as such but yes scope of improvement is there in terms of compensation and benefits.

I am working in yes germany since 9 years approx now. The work culture, environment and freedom to express your ideas that is being given to us makes it a different feeling and special too. Moreover, we as employees get lot of opportunities to prove ourselves through different projects. Blessed to be a part of this organization.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such disliking about the company. Management takes regular feedbacks from us to see where they think there is need of improvement . So, no point of disliking.
