Work environment was good initially , employees had promising opportunities , Management were transparent HR were sensitive to employee welfare. But it has changed post moratorium. Now everything can be compromised for the sake of business growth.

...e to compromise with their self respect and dignity. Career growth is very slow. No salary structure is discriminating in nature. Organisation does not even cares for ones careers growth.

... good but senior management like cluster head and sales manager behaviour worst.only salary part good.worst work culture.never join here as a casa sales officer.

Work culture is a bit dicy..as wmployee having same grade are not having same salary ...and managment should be taken care of employees job time and concalls both should be within time frame and should be on working days only..as if personal life should be equal to professional life

Salary structure is weared to understand according to grade 2 people have different salary ..bank timing and ban con call needs to be sickly within banking time goven by HCM/HR AND ONLY ON WORKING DAYS....

...s experience with YES Bank YES bank is one of the most pathetic place to work. They will hire you by giving you a good salary hike. After this you will be working in this company for about 1 year. In this one year you will try your best to get business from your own contacts. After this you will be kicked out of the organization. Very high attrition rate. If you don't trust my words then please go to any of the branches e.g Kolkata Prince Anwar Shah Branch and have a look to the attendance register and check past 1 year record and check out the attrition rate of this rubbish bank. This bank itself claim that 90% of the employees working here are Young. It means no old and experienced employees are working here. The situation here is so bad that if you ask your senior regarding any process of a work, they won't be able to help you out. Because they themselves are new to the bank.

Good thing is when you join yes bank only your salary is a good in starting time.

It is a worst learning for me how to handle situation silently feel the pain of the behavior of employees politics culture is kind of nepotism there is no grade system everyone is dominating you noo professional culture very worst experience how they are treated like a labour I request to every single person don't join yes bank if you are good person plzz don't join.
