The salary was good and the i could see gradual increase in pay

The work life balance cannot be established while working here. Leave policies are worst and no improvement in designation. There is no room for skills development.

...d work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No additional benefits are given.

The best company for a freshers to start there career and this is a growing company so you can learn many stuffs here and you can use for your future. If you have interest surely you can learn easily and make a bright future from here.

Some Terms and Conditions will make disappointment at some part, but that will be a temporary you can get solution for that by directly discussing with management.
