Company policy are lots and company is not looking our operation issue they looking only benifit salary date is not fix and job training is not providing

During the period of covid-19 the company made me sit at home unpaid leave without l salary even they asked me to find other job & if they need me then only they will call me again.but they r still paying some of the staff mostly they all r for kitchen .the life of am manager is not more the an housekeeping person when I said them to I don't wish to be on unpaid leave but it has been 3 months now they did not do anything yet

Poor management, too much political environment, No standard ,no respect for new managers, all old staffs are very stubborn and full of attitude and old sr. managers encourage their bad behaviours and disrespectful attitude. Too much of hierarchys.Very cheap and unethical place for literate people coz this entire company is full of illiterate and uneducated people villagers.

The company is really bad there is alot of politics from junior level to senior management level they don't give salary on time and if you're resigning then also they hold your salary without reason i haven't seen this type of company in my life really bad experience and they fill provident fund form employee but we don't get that provident fund bas they are making fool of employees and this company has hold my 1 month and 6 days salary and services charges pathetic company i joined in my life they don't provide offer letter also
