People have limited knowledge about advertising. Favouritism exists largely. Not a place to be recommended for anyone who wants growth. The co-founder thinks high of herself and isn't a leader people normally would follow, except for the content strategist. An amateur content strategist who would always take her name and threaten you, even when you log out after office hours. They command authority incase you need to breathe also. Its just too much of internal politics and unnecessary pressure in the name of work. Zero transaparency within colleagues.
