It was great working with Yatra. The knowledge I developed helped me gain a lot and made me stand out from the crowd. The teammates, supervisors, everyone whom I met was helpful and helped ne learn so much!

Yatra is not a good co. to work with. Old employees whose salary is high are being fired, there is no job security, no apprisal, lot of politics, not a good work enviorment,

Salary is Very less, no chance career growgth, cutting salary, etc.

In terms of culture, work life balance and in stability prospects GOOD…Surrounded by good colleagues and management is humble and interactive.

In terms of compensation and other employee benefits they should have to work a lot..policies and guidelines should be more employee friendly

Every thing, no policies are in place. They are unable to do the increments. Check with the old employees, CEO told them to leave because they are not going to increase the salary. Pathetic IT assets conditions..................

Due to these crisis situation when company ask us and many employee to leave the organisation then you feel betrayed by your company .We have done everything to to sustain companies profitability .I have done overnight shifts to complete extra work load during covid -19 situation .Management is not at all transparent.

Dislikes

Management unethical behaviour towards the employees .I mean which company deducts salary and says this much amount you will get as a bonus on Diwali .After year of employment they started deducting 600 INR per month from offered take home salary .I don't know who does that ....nothing much to talk about Yatra .We have got disappointment every year when we talk about promotion and increment .
