Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Being a small scale biotechnology company the learning opportunity is good but at the same time the decesions are not taken quite faster that make the process of project completion very slow.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The compensation in terms of salary is not that great when compared to the responsibilities they shoulder. There is no fairness with respect to the salaries.

...n about employee by providing various facilities like Gym, carrom, library etc. My salary got doubled in 5 yrs. Employee never threaten badly. Lot of training given to employee for their personality development.
