The HR department is worst and full of politics. Salary will be told something and you will get something else. Try to convince HR for anything and they will make sure you leave your job asap.

...ept only few good doctors. I didn't receive any support from the top management. While leaving, they hold salary of people and harass them astronomically. The same happened with me as my superior 'AVP- Corporate Relations' instructed HR to hold my salary. If you are planning to leave this organisation, then must abscond rather than leaving in a formal way.
