The company has the latest technology & equipment. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global Clint base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is high, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step.

Excellent work place, All things are good ; like Transportation (AC), Canteen facilities & Breakfast, Over time, More flaxiblity etc. More Learning Scope & All Equipment/Machinery have to handle. All activities organized like Indoor/Outdoor gaming & curricular activities .

Promotion & Designation grading Average as compare to experience level /year's .

No. of employees are worried about own job security ,work culture is good, company management is working for higher production rate with safety but safety awareness in company is average, company policies always change as management change.

Dislikes

Management policies ,increment policies (like 8 years experience and 12 year experience are same, Executive increment are more than assistant manager).

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company police are good and give goo salary

Joining a company 6 months ago, the company is not uniform. You have made a complaint to the management.

Company still working 😒. We can't go on service because we live away from company. And they have permission letter of district collector. We can't understand why district collector give them permission to open company in lockdown condition.

Some decision of management are worst.
