I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

...ple . Cant learn any Advanced technologies which are par with market competency. Just login and get salary at end of month ...if this is what you are looking, then this is best.

Dislikes

There are so many to start with . 1) can't even think cmm5 standard even though it is. Juniors are treated as Data entry operators. 2) leadership is waste here. Won't even provide tools to unskill ourselves and enhance. They themselves talk in indian languages in meetings. 3) If you're are close to your manager , you are good to get promoted. 4) lacks communication skills, pressure from clients who don't understand the basic things. 5) Don't expect any hikes . 6) On the whole if anyone is joining from top firms and would like to join Yash just because of package , please do not join else if you feel the difference after joining.

Yash Technologies Salary pay is very nice. If candidate works nicely then they would be paid above market standards.

Dislikes

Only dislike things about Yash Technologies is that work life balance is low. They don't have their own projects in Bangalore office compared to Hyd office, they outsource their consultant.

Started as SAP certified fresher. Got good exposure to learn. Good team mates. Salary growth was good...about 1 lakh Rs year to year. Politics was prevalent there. No scope for innovative thoughts. Work life balance depends on client...but good in general.

Dislikes

Old timers stick to yash....they try to block every new entrant to grow and prosper. Favouritism is common among managers.

Career growth and opportunities will be good for less experienced. Opportunities to work in newer areas of SAP is also good.

...nd especially in Bangalore location. Management in Bangalore office is not good. Once your package reaches 12+ Lakhs, company cannot afford you.

Dislikes

If you are on project then you don't have any work life balance , and if u are on bench u don't have job security. This company can put you in any domain or u have to find another job eg switching from Java to Salesforce
