No scope to add new skill. No scope to change project and learn new things. If working as contractor in client location, then you will feel completely detached from Yash. This might impact your appraisal n promotion.

Still the policies needs to be updated to benefit the employees and more focus required on the employees working at client site.company still needs to groe in lot of ways

No transport facility. Parental insurance not covered, Employees has to pay for it.

Its druven by those frogs who have been in the well for more than a decade. They change HR policies according to their convenience. Politics is a lot specially in HR

...e yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. Mandatory RM, mandatory hrpp. Many things are unfriendly , a person with self esteem cannot survive here.

Salary is average and not too many employee benefits . Also they are starting 5 days working from home which is going to hamper work life balance especially people in global role
